本契約は、岡本孝志(個人事業主。以下「提供者」)が提供するソフトウェア「自動印刷」(以下「本ソフトウェア」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本ソフトウェアをインストールまたは使用した時点で、本契約に同意したものとみなします。
提供者は、お客様に対し、本ソフトウェアを自己の業務のために使用する非独占的・譲渡不可の権利を許諾します。Free版は無償で、機能制限(フォルダー・プリンターの登録数)があります。Pro版はライセンスキーの購入により制限が解除されます。初回起動から30日間は、体験としてPro版の機能を無料で使用できます。期間終了後は自動的にFree版になり、制限を超える設定は一時停止されます(設定は削除されません)。
(1) ライセンスキーは購入者(キーに記載された名義)のみが使用でき、第三者への配布・販売・公開はできません。
(2) 買い切りライセンスは、購入したメジャーバージョン(例:1.x)で期限なく有効です。新しいメジャーバージョンでは新しいキーが必要になる場合があります。
(3) 1つのライセンスキーで使用できるPCは1台です。複数のPCで使用する場合は、台数分のライセンスが必要です(Free版は台数の制限なく使用できます)。
(4) キーの不正な共有・改ざん・生成を行った場合、提供者は以後のサポートを停止できます。
リバースエンジニアリング(法令で認められる範囲を除く)、ライセンス機能の回避、本ソフトウェアの再販売・再配布(Free版の無改変での配布を除く)を禁止します。
本ソフトウェアは、PDF 表示・印刷のために SumatraPDF 3.4.6(GNU GPL v3)を無改変で同梱し、別プロセスとして実行します。同ソフトウェアおよびその他のオープンソース部品には、それぞれのライセンスが適用されます。ライセンス全文は、アプリの「情報」タブの「ライセンス」ボタンから確認できます。本契約のいかなる条項も、これらのライセンスに基づくお客様の権利を制限しません。
本ソフトウェアは、印刷対象のファイル、設定、ログをお客様のPC内にのみ保存し、提供者のサーバーへ送信しません。お客様が設定した Webhook(Slack、Google Chat 等)へは、プリンターの状態に関する通知文のみが送信されます。ライセンスの認証は、PC内でオフラインで行われます。
本ソフトウェアは「現状のまま」提供されます。提供者は、特定目的への適合性、無中断・無誤動作、印刷の完全性(印刷漏れ・重複・遅延を含む)を保証しません。重要な印刷物については、お客様の責任でご確認ください。法令で許される範囲で、提供者の責任は、お客様が本ソフトウェアに支払った金額(Free版の場合は0円)を上限とし、逸失利益・間接損害には責任を負いません。ただし、提供者の故意または重過失による場合はこの限りではありません。
サポートはメール(okatech0311@gmail.com)で受け付けます。アップデートの提供は義務ではありません。
お客様が本契約に違反した場合、本契約は終了し、お客様は本ソフトウェアの使用を中止するものとします。
本契約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は提供者の住所地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
This agreement sets the terms for using "AutoPrint" (the "Software") provided by Takashi Okamoto, sole proprietor (the "Provider"). By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.
The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software for your own business. The Free edition is free of charge and limited in the number of registered folders and printers. Buying a license key lifts the limit (Pro). For 30 days from the first launch the Pro features can be used free of charge as a trial. Afterwards the Software switches to the Free edition automatically and settings beyond the limit are paused (not deleted).
(1) A key may be used only by the licensee named in it and may not be distributed, sold or published.
(2) A one-time license is valid without time limit for the major version purchased (e.g. 1.x). A new major version may require a new key.
(3) One license key may be used on one PC. To use the Software on several PCs, one license per PC is required (the Free edition has no limit on the number of PCs).
(4) If keys are shared, altered or generated without permission, the Provider may stop supporting you.
You may not reverse engineer the Software (except as permitted by law), circumvent its licensing, or resell or redistribute it (except unmodified redistribution of the Free edition).
The Software bundles SumatraPDF 3.4.6 (GNU GPL v3) unmodified and runs it as a separate process to display and print PDFs. That software and other open-source components are covered by their own licenses; full texts are available via the "License" button in the app's Info tab. Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under those licenses.
The Software stores files, settings and logs only on your PC and does not send them to the Provider. Only printer-status notification text is sent to a webhook (Slack, Google Chat, etc.) that you configure. License validation runs offline on your PC.
The Software is provided "as is". The Provider does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or completeness of printing (including missed, duplicated or delayed prints). Please verify important printouts yourself. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software (zero for the Free edition) and excludes lost profits and indirect damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Support is provided by email (okatech0311@gmail.com). The Provider has no obligation to provide updates.
If you breach this agreement, it terminates and you must stop using the Software.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan. The district court having jurisdiction over the Provider's place of residence is the exclusive court of first instance.
